In the fall of 2007, during a family dinner, Francine Br\u00fbl\u00e9 dreams aloud of a new challenge. A seasoned businesswoman, mother of three grown boys and a natural unifier, she immediately welcomes the idea of a restaurant, which is obvious. In the days that followed, luck getting things right, she fell in love with a local at the corner of Bernard and Champagneur streets in Outremont.
